Christmas Carol Service - 17 December 2025

Join us for an evening of music, reflection and celebration at our Annual Christmas Carol Service, held this year at the beautiful St Francis Catholic Church in Maidstone.

📍 Location: St Francis Catholic Church, Maidstone, ME14 1RH
♿ Accessibility: The venue has a fully accessible entrance and step-free access for wheelchair users.

This year’s storytelling takes a fresh and thoughtful approach. Told from a heavenly perspective, it reflects on the moment God chose to share His greatest gift with the world. The narrative will be delivered by Miss Joyce, guiding us through a moving start to the service.

Students will take on the role of readers throughout the evening, and our talented student choir and band will lead us in traditional carols that fill the church with warmth, hope and joy.

Let the warmth of candlelight, song, and shared faith fill your hearts as we come together in preparation for Christmas.

All performers will be onstage or seated throughout the service, so you do not need a ticket for your son/daughter if they are performing.

Admission is free, but tickets are required for entry.

💛 Donations:

There is absolutely no obligation to donate. However, if you are able to contribute, we would be truly grateful for any amount you can offer. As a guide, a minimum donation of £2 per person is appreciated.

All contributions will be shared between St Francis Church — in thanks for the use of their church and facilities — and St Simon Stock Catholic School’s supported charities, helping to sustain our shared community and outreach.

Christmas Jumper Day & Festive Feast - Thursday 11 December 2025

We’re getting into the festive spirit with two joyful events for our students and staff!

Christmas Jumper Day

Students and staff are invited to wear their favourite Christmas jumper to school. Donations can be made via ParentPay or in cash on the door. Every contribution, big or small, helps support Save the Children, and all proceeds will go directly to the charity.

Festive Feast Day

Our annual Festive Feast will also take place on Thursday 11 December. A Christmas lunch is now available to purchase in advance through ParentPay. It’s a great opportunity for students to enjoy a seasonal meal together.
