Friday 6 March 2026 A Level Philosophy Trip to Cambridge University Mr Capone accompanied a group of 14 Year 12 students to a thought- provoking conference at Cambridge University, providing a unique opportunity to engage with leading academics and explore key topics in philosophy, theology, and ethics.

Monday 2 March 2026 Stocky Musicians Play at an Enchanting Evening of Film Music Five of our talented students, Kezzi, Dorcus, Adam, Niah and Hannah, alongside music teacher Miss Smith, recently took to the stage for a truly special musical event, performing in An Evening of Music with Walt on Saturday 28 February at the beautiful Allington Castle Barn.

Friday 9 January 2026 Class of 2025 Year 13 Presentation Evening Last evening, Thursday 8 January, we were delighted to host the Class of 2025 Year 13 Presentation Evening at school, welcoming back our September 2025 leavers for an evening of celebration, reflection and shared memories. The event was a joyful and relaxed occasion, bringing together students and their A Level teachers to mark the end of an important chapter in their education.

Thursday 18 December 2025 A Night of Joy and Christmas Wonder On Wednesday 17 December, our school community gathered for a truly magical and joy-filled Carol Service, hosted this year at the beautiful St Francis Catholic Church in Maidstone. With the church filled to capacity and around 210 guests in attendance, the evening was alive with warmth, light and the unmistakable spirit of Christmas.

Monday 15 December 2025 Celebrating Talent: John Downton Awards The John Downton Awards is Kent's annual art competition for students aged 11-18, celebrating creativity across painting, drawing, mixed media, and photography. With prizes tailored to each age group and medium, the awards showcase the very best young artists in the county. Shortlisted works are displayed in a public exhibition, with winners revealed at a special awards ceremony.

Friday 12 December 2025 Spreading Festive Cheer on Christmas Jumper Day On Thursday 11 December, the whole school came together for a wonderfully festive Christmas Jumper Day, raising £709.34 for two incredible causes: the Heart of Kent Hospice and the Catholic Children's Society – Crisis Fund, supporting vital work in our local community.

Monday 24 November 2025 RAG Week: Fun with a Purpose From 17-21 November, our Sixth Form was buzzing with colour, creativity and community spirit as students took part in an energetic and inspiring RAG (Raise and Give) Week, raising £697.65 for the NSPCC.
