Replacement Items for Students

At St Simon Stock Catholic School, we provide essential items to support students’ daily school life. If your child has lost any of the following items, replacements can be purchased quickly and securely via ParentPay once your request has been confirmed:

• Student Planner – Issued to all students in their first week of attendance. Replacements are available if lost.

• House Badge – Issued to all students in their first week of attendance. A symbol of house pride that students are expected to wear as part of their uniform. Lost badges must be replaced.

• Sixth Form Lanyard and ID Card Holder -  Issued to all students in their first week of attendance. All Sixth Form students are required to wear their lanyards as part of their uniform.
• Sixth Form ID Cards -  Issued to all students in their first weeks of attendance. This is also used as their lunch card and printer access card. All Sixth Form students are expected to have their ID Cards as part of their uniform.

How to order:

1. Complete the Replacement School Items Request Form below

2. Finance Department will email you when the item is available your ParentPay account.

3. Log in to your ParentPay account.

4. Select the item you wish to replace.

5. Complete the payment.

6. Your child will receive the replacement item on the next school day.

We encourage students to take care of their Student Planners, House Badges, Lanyards and ID Cards, as they are important for daily organisation and school identity.
