Yesterday Karen Newton-Anker from the Heart of Kent Hospice visited our Year 12 IBCP students. She wanted to thank them for their role in the raising of funds for the HOKH.

Students raised £1500 by selling raffle tickets and helping out at a fantastic afternoon tea organised by Mrs Pilcher, our KS3 Pastoral Manager.

The students really enjoyed the experience and are now looking for more challenges so they can raise more money for this worthwhile cause. This work cements the link between St Simon Stock and the HOKH because this is the 20th anniversary of the school supporting this organisation. Over these 20 years the school has raised just under £25K which is a phenomenal amount.
