This year we are celebrating our 30th anniversary of providing outstanding care to the local community, and we are extremely proud of reaching this incredible milestone. Since we opened our doors in 1991, we have been privileged to support over 50,000 people – patients, carers and their families. Through your kind donation you are ensuring that we can continue to provide our specialist advice, support and outstanding care, now and for the next 30 years.  

 

As a school you have been supporting Heart of Kent Hospice for 19 of our 30 years for which we are just incredibly grateful and you should be enormously proud of such a fantastic achievement – you’ve nearly reached your own 20th supporter anniversary milestone!! The grand total for the school's overall fundraising for Heart of Kent Hospice is now a magnificent £23,713.80. 

  

During the past 18 months all our lives have been touched in some way by the pandemic. As we embrace a new way of living, the Hospice is continuing to look at new and innovative ways of reaching out to patients and their families. From phone and video consultations to assess patients and respond quickly and efficiently to their needs, to online Living Well activities such as Pilates, music and craft groups. We are continually adapting our outstanding care to meet the needs of all our patients, offering reassurance, comfort and support when they need it the most.
