On a bitterly cold, wet evening Stocky made the short trip across town to play Valley Park under their lights. In a poor match from both sides Stocky could not beat the elements whilst struggling on the big pitch and the adverse weather conditions. A goal either side of half time was enough to seal this fixture for Valley and leave Stocky disappointed that they failed to turn up to this league match.
