  A huge congratulations to the overall winners of the Photography competition. 

  Maya Shaw year 7 and Iyla Langlands Year 7.

  Your cameras have been ordered. I was very impressed with both your first and second round entries. I have high hopes for you both becoming budding Photographers. 

  A big mention to the 6 runners up who also produced some beautiful shots throughout the competition. Your cyanotype paper has also been ordered. Ben Hart, Sydney Cook, Adam Masaryk, Mara Cosneanu. Well done. You should all feel very proud of yourselves. Miss Livermore 

   

   

  

• Making Art to Save the Sea!

  The Year 10 Art students created their sculptures based on their designs of sea creatures re-using the plastic waste that they have gathered. The sustainable sculpture project was inspired by the work of an environmental Artist Haseltine Pozzi! It is amazing!

  The Year 10 3D project links with World Oceans Day 8th of June 2021. This years theme is life and livelihoods!

  Saturday the 5th of June was World Environment Day which is the United Nations day for encouraging world wide awareness to protect our environment.

  Thank you to our Ground Maintenance Team who keep our school environment so beautiful and green which contributes to the wider environment by encouraging birds, bees and insects.
